Why not just run the two rear calipers on the same master cylinder?
такой бревно-лет должен ехать!!!
Music video 👎👎👎👎👎👎💩💩😬
takes me back to my teen years we raced from 1958 to the late 80s early90s the Harmon bro.
Goddamm ...
Sick
B Bombs 😎
How fast does it go? "Yes"
Anyone know who the trophy girl was? She looks like Ann Wedgeworth who played the female character "Lana Shields" on the TV series "Three's Company" she was the upstairs neighbor who was hot for Jack Tripper
Too shaky to watch
What kind of exhaust pipes you run
Very Nice!!!
I run a bunch of Mac 10-10 saws and it's so cool to see that before the flying goose was out felling trees, they were in the auto industry, hot rodding the racing industry.
See like this is proper racing, proper equipment and brave dudes
If you can't have fun in a kart there is something wrong with you. I love my 81 KT 100. 14,000 rpm and 16 h.p on the race pipe at 83 mph. I still have it after all these years.
What did you use for an axle??
Extremely pretty setup. Never liked Margays (although they were very successful) Was a Bug Stinger fan. Early 70's when I raced karts (American Reed Light with Mac 91B's) the B-Bombs I remember being 22hp running alky. Awesome power, instant response, extremely quick and quite reliable. Oh yes and ridiculously loud! In a twin setup the problem was excessive wheelspin even with oil bath clutches. Only for the brave.
Would you by chance still have the drawing for this?
Just Mack Zacky sign on Kart trailer of my neighbors. Is Mack Z famous?
Jonah who is the Camden listed in the title text 23rd?A go kart.
Love it !
I'm speaking to you from the future ha ha ha
I wish you could have asked the owner about the motor and the cart brand
I realize this video is 10 years old, but how would you do this on the fixed head cylinders?
Requires special equipment .. it's far easier to accurately bore / hone a detachable cylinder head block.
Wouldn’t you know his name would be Don?
Power Product, like the others won races. The Karts raced in classes and were more or less evenly matched so the best driver won most of the time
Those old karts with narrow, hard tires sure did not handle very good, also the chassis on modern karts are much better handling. Karting has come a long way since then. I heard no one used tuned pipes because they did not know about them or didn't understand them. My first kart was a Fox kart made in Wisconsin with a Mc49 engine that I raced in mid 70"s. I then moved up to a new Margay kart with a Mc 101, next Yamaha engine and finally a 135-cc Parilla engine. The last three with tuned pipes. Had the best time kart racing, won a lot of races at a track in Brodhead, Wisconsin. Fun times I will never forget!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I also raced enduro karts at Blackhawk Farms raceway, Il, Road America, Wi, Mid-Ohio raceway, Ohio.
All those karts are still being raced at VKA racing events, like the one here, and many historic tracks... they race at Brodhead WI once a year too. Get back into it, I did. I own a Fox Kart, Margay, Rupps, Invader.. and more, a ton of fun. Vintage racing is more about having fun with karting friends, than about racing.
Who was the trophy girl? Actually it's hard to call her a girl. More like a full grown woman.
where did you get those parts at a high tonight I like that same style that's what I need
all custom made
My father and I ran a stock Power Products engine in 1961 and it couldn't match a McCulloch... not even close. We switched to a Mc-5 and suddenly became competitive. Mc Cullochs were the winning engine in 1961-62 when I raced in Southern California.
I can look this master peace over all day long, just Awesome thank you for sharing this with the world
I.love this
I got to have one where can I get one
That. Kartis a dream cart
Nice video!!! It was cool to see that Dart Chapparal with the twin Mac's do so well , it appears to have a hydraulic disc brake, nice!!!... That Kart with the Twin W/B's was really moving along nice... Great fun!!! I used to have a Chapparal with a single Mc91... It was really cool... I wish that I still had it...Great vintage Karts!!!
Where did you get the hub and break system for front end ?
He designed and fabricated all of that.
Just bought a ah-82 but missing the carb and pull start. Did you happen to make any additional pull starts and what single carb would be best? (Got a tillotson HL-117C from an old homelite) you did an awesome job!! Thanks for sharing!
What track is this? Reminds me of where I used to race in Monrovia, MD in early 90’s.
Back in the day in all classes, it wasn't bump karts, it was clean driving, and respect. I ran at crescent raceway in Toledo a American reed junior in 1967, ran Fremont Ohio at Hassel back a open light, then 125 heavy.
I need those front hubs and spindles
Looking for a points cam for AH80?
My AH82 did the same thing. Also, bolts were always coming out. As a kid, I didn't know about LocTite.
I think the kart was a Fox Kart
How many horsepower would a Mc10 have?
What is the name of this motor
Great dude
Man I should of been born in the 50's. What a great time to be alive and into karting
Carburetor sounds troublesome.
Damn that bitch was stacked!!! (Don't be offended, sometimes it's just got to come out that way)
What a rush!
